ABOUT Us
We are a collective of Edmonton psychologists who are in love with our work and focus on providing exceptional mental health care for our community.
The unique strengths and specialties of our team members create the opportunity for us to support individuals from all walks of life facing diverse issues. Whether you are seeking child, family, individual or couples therapy to address anything from anxiety to processing a traumatic event, one of our team members will be happy to help.

What makes us special? We show up at work as our authentic selves. We try to "walk the walk" by living balanced lives and taking excellent care of ourselves. We will be real with you, and we are honoured to support you through your journey toward creating your best life.

"Finding yourself is not really how it works. You aren't a ten-dollar bill in last winter's coat pocket. you are also not lost.
Your true self is right here, buried under cultural conditioning, other people's opinions, and inaccurate conclusions you drew as a kid that became your beliefs about who you are. "Finding yourself" is actually returning to yourself. An unlearning, an excavation, a remembering who you were before the world got it's hands on you. "
-Emily McDowell
Anxiety
Our nervous systems work to protect us from threats in our environment.
The good news is that an overactive or anxious nervous system can be treated, and we can learn boundaries, coping skills, and how to focus on what we CAN control.
Depression
We believe that a negative thought process is a main contributor to depression.
By identifying what those thoughts are and changing what they sound like, we can influence your mood and emotional experience. We will also help you pinpoint other factors- both current and historical- that may be contributing to depression and support you through the process of changing those factors.
Identity
We often hear “I just want to figure out who I am.” Although it sounds daunting, we love this goal. Therapy is a great opportunity to explore, change or create our identities. Let us help you create a life you are excited to wake up to every day.
Stress
It’s 2023 and life is crazy. Finding balance between all of our obligations can be a challenge. We often use the metaphor that burnout happens when our “bucket is too full.” Therapy can help create some room in that bucket to handle the new challenges that life will inevitably throw our way.
